@maddigrafoptusnet-com-au We’ve double checked and it seems to work on a couple of phones here. Regardless, we’ve just deleted the redirect for the QR code and set it up again to see if that makes a difference to you. Let me know if that makes a difference.👍

Maddy, there was a typo in the Enews – it is definitely 720 pixels wide by 300 pixels high.

Getting all your attendees and communicating is simple

1. Log in to fringebrisbane.com.au

2. Click this link to see all your events (Producers)

3. Click on “Mine” above the list to view just your events

3a. For Venues, click on “All” and search for all shows at your venues.

Here is what we are doing at the Fringe Brisbane Hub for ticket sales.

1. Putting posters up on the wall with the QR codes for each show and a “Scan to book tickets”

1a. You can find QR codes for most shows here HERE or go on the web and search for QR code generator and give it your specific booking link.

We’ve created short easy links for all shows that you can use in social and also for any print materials you are doing to go direct to your booking page.

These look far simpler and pleasing to the eye and you can even drop the https:// from the front so it would be – as an example – fringebrisbane.com.au/allmyfriends.

You can book in industry comps to your own shows.

We do not limit the number of comps you can book, but every comp you book obviously cuts into your income and you are not allowed to book comps and then resell elsewhere.

There are two ways to book industry comps, either book them on the main web site like a customer and use the coupon code …
